This is a test I tried posting... Sigh,I still have a lot to learn on how to use my blog. I till need time to figure out this thing. So according to the test I'm a great sword. This means I usually force my way to do things. I lack finesse!!! Figures what can you expect from an unsensitive guy (according to my ex). Yay...my first blog!!!

Okay I'm blogging so sue me... Blogging, hmmm....that's a new word I wonder if it already made it in Webster's dictionary.

I admit, there was a time that I failed to see the point of people blogging. I was wrong and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Blogs give you a journal, a place where you can express yourself. Besides, this gives me a break from writing pleadings all day.

This is a first time for me, so I hope this is okay for a first attempt. I'll be the first
one to admit that this is a big step for me. I'm not the kind of guy that would
make or maintain a blog.

Anyway, its been a long day for me. Cookie, my girlfriend, left for the Minnesota. Only thing I know about that place is that the Minessota timberwolves play there. Sounds like redneck country but a free trip is a free trip. At least its a chance to get away from this country, even
if it is only for a while. Damn, I already miss Cookie, but I guess I have to learn to let go once in a while. Just because were together doesn't mean she can't have a life of her own. I keep telling her to have fun and enjoy herself.

Here's the list of the things I plan to do while Cookie's away:

1) Go on a diet... root word is DIE!!! (I gained 10 pounds in 2 months of taking it easy, including the holidays). But health wise I really need to lose weight, my life literally depends on it.
2) Eat healthier food and avoid fatty foods.
3) Exercise!!!!
4) Stop smoking ( I've been trying to quit since January 2005!!!)
